Data deletion

Please note that Ann-a operates on an external host platform. If your messages remain publicly visible on that platform, we cannot prevent Ann-a or other users from interacting with them. To completely stop Ann-a from accessing your past text, you must delete your messages directly within the host platform itself.
Executing a data deletion request will wipe your personal data from Ann-a's direct memory and our active databases. However, please be aware:
1. Group Interactions: A deletion request cannot erase lines of text from conversations Ann-a had about you with other users, or messages sent by other people in group DMs.
2. System Logs: Technical error logs and essential system data may be retained temporarily for security and operational stability, as permitted by law, but these will be stripped of personal identifiers wherever technically feasible.
How to format a data deletion request
Below are 2 examples: Gmail and Discord.
